Wheel Question

I currently have '09 XLT 17" stock rims with 235/75R17 tires. To the best of my knowledge the diameter of the stock wheel is 7.5" with a backspace of 5.5" and offset of +44mm. The rims i'm looking at 22" with a diameter of 9.5" a backspace of 6.63" and an offset of +35mm. I'd probably be getting a 305/40R22 tire. Could someone describe to me what these will look like on my truck? From doing research I believe they will stick out 1.25" or thereabouts. Will a smaller tire help say 285 instead of 305? Please check my numbers too much sure they are correct. Any help is greatly appreciated.
