2009 Headliner Problems Fixed in 2010?

My 2010 Screw F150 came from the factory with a small scratch in the headliner by the moonroof. The dealer has offered to replace it, but after reading about sagging headliners in the 2009 models, I'm wondering if i'm better to just leave things as they are. The scratch is small and I could easliy live with it in light of the problems I could get with a headliner replacement. Some had mentioned a TSB that Ford had for the 2009 models, but it appears that this did not always cure the problem. Any thoughts?

FWIW I had the TSB done on my '09 headliner about a month ago and it has worked great.
