The factory cargo bin on the cargo management rails? How high up is the lid of the cargo bin? Below the bed rails? If yes, how much? Can it be mounted on the lower CMS rail so it sits lower or do you need to use both rails for supporting the cargo bin?

I have a roll up tonneau (Pace full metal jacket) and my concern is the cargo bin cover won't clear the inner edge of the tonneau when it is opened if it sits too high.
