Has anyone noticed a distortion in their windshields? I noticed it the last few times I cleaned the windshield. It appears the glass is wavy almost as if the glass warped or the laminate did when it was applied. Wondering if this is a normal thing or I should have the dealer check it out on my next visit

 

Have it checked, it should not be wavy. I have had them in the past where there was distortion in it at delivery and had it replaced.

 

If the conditions are right (sunlight etc) you can see a ripple effect above the dash speaker going towards the driver side A post. Its another thing to add to the list for the Dealer to look at when it goes for service next week.

 

just picked up my new 2010 quad cab f150 after they replaced my blurry windshield and now I have to take it back because the new one is blurry too
