pics: Lamin-X film tint on tail lights, head lights, AND 3rd brake light

its posted in the general thread, but i thought all might not see the pics so i figured id make a new thread here. We tinted both the entire headlight, tailight, 3rd brake light, and then cut out the sections for the light to pass through. overall i could not be happier with the look of the lights. see for yourself below:

looks good. do you have any shots looking down at the tails? ive heard if not done right the chrome can still be seen at certain angles

when i had my tails done, the guy said you have to go an inch above or below the chrome so that doesnt happen

I am curious about that as well. Road salt and - 40 degree weather may be tough on it.

in the first pic you can see a little of the chrome along the bottom.

true, the chrome will show unless you overlap the tint several inches past where the red starts, and these are a tad close to the edge, but overall im still very happy with the look of them. the chrome doesnt show up much at all in person & doesnt stand out.

wow...sweet job man. i love lamin-x. i have had it on all of my vehicles since 2004

everything from paint protection kits to fog light tint

I saw one of the rockstar trucks just like this one, minus all the tint at the Texas Tech vs. Texas ATM game in Lubbock; It was super nice!
