Front Bearing 2wd question

Today i was doing an oil change on my brothers 09 supercab 2wd and noticed that the passenger side spindle has a large grease stain on it. It was below the bearing assemble. I looked at the drivers side and did not notice a lot of excess staining on the spindle. I can feel grease on both bearing assemblies. But on the passenger side it sounds like the seal could be bad. Has anybody else noticed this I just dont want to bring it in to the dealer and they say nothing is wrong.

Sounds like it may be a wheel bearing! I just replaced my rotors with bearings and even though they are sealed, there was grease present and if the grease is seeping out, then they are most likely bad. How many miles??
