Eray,
I have not come across any that are 1/2 inch, but I did pick up the Factory F150 version from the dealer at cost. I love it and plan on using it even after I put in a spray in liner. It is~ 3/8 of an inch at its highest point (including the little nubbins on the backside of the mat.) Not sure what you plan on hauling when the mat is down, but if you are looking for something that keeps your stuff from rolling around/getting scratched up (if you have a spray in liner already in place), looks good and will hold up against light to medium duty hauling...it might just do the trick.

You need to venture to Tractor supply co and pick up what they call "stall mats" they are rubber mats designed for use in horse stalls (probably closer to 3/4 of an inch thick). I've used them in my trucks for years and haven't had an ding in the floor. I've dropped 600 lbs in a 4" area from a foot and didn't even mark the floor. The only problem with the bed mat and the 09s is that they weight about 150 lbs when trimmed to 6.5'. That means some people will be down into the 600 and 700 lb payload range. They are heavy and hard to move but make it almost impossible for anything to damage the bed. I haven't put a spray in liner on this truck and when I slide the stall mat out my bed floor looks BRAND new.

Great idea on the stall mats. I just went to Murdoch's Farm and Ranch supply to buy my bed mat for my new F-150, 6.6 inch bed. They have 8x5 foot stall mats. Very solid. They are 1/2 inch thick. One half-inch thick is quite heavy. I used a circular saw to cut the end to fit my bed, and a jig saw to cut out the fender wells. Use chalk to make your outline. Cost was $80. Much more solid than the ones I saw on-line or at local truck supply stores. One company advertised their 1/2 inch thick bed mat for $200.
