Finally - Rancho 4" lift
Maybe this has already been posted but I have not seen it here. I finally found the rancho 4" lift in a store.

Here is a link to the gallery rancho has with this lift: http://www.gorancho.com/09f150.php
I googled Rancho rs6518b. Rocky was the cheaper of the two sites available. This is interesting - If my truck will fit in parking garage with the 4" lift I might just do this instead of a level kit.
What's a few more phone calls in the modification madness?
Also finding the rancho quicklift is now out for the 2009 f150.

So kit, plus shocks, plus install - a little sticker shock compared to the Autospring level kit -
I'd prefer it to be slightly raked, up to an inch or so. However, the specs Rancho lists for their lift says that the front will be lifted a total of four inches and the rear will be lifted 2.5 inches, so it would probably be level.
Crossmember and other components will only be available in black as well. Probably painted red on the showcase vehicle to show off the components.

Yeah, I am looking into the Rancho lift now too. I had the Rancho 4-inch system on my '04 Tahoe Z71 and it looked and performed great. It is a well designed, quality system but pricey.
