Cheap 09 F-150s (PICS)

Well about a week ago a storm rolled through the closest ford dealer about 10 miles away. We only got a few sprinkles out of it but there they got tennis ball sized hail. So about a week later they have a sale going on, with a nice sign to advertise. They had about 6 new f-150s yet along with probably 12 new Dodges. Most have anywhere from 10-30 dents in the hood alone. Its hard to see most of the smaller dents since the trucks aren't clean, so only the big ones show up.

And heres a couple pics of two dodges. It looked like the Fords held up a little better than the Dodges.

If they were doing an extra 20% of them trucks they would be a great deal. Esp if they were gonna be used as work trucks. Im sure a hood cant be that expensive and i wouldnt even be worried about the roof seeings ya cant see it unless you stand in the bed.

Wow. I'm sure the dealership made a claim on their insurance policy for the damage.

Like Barritia said, regardless of the trim level, they'll likely end up as work trucks.

I actually got hit by one of those storms a couple years ago with my 2003 truck. It was baseball size and larger that hit here and busted out windshields and back glasses in the vehicles next to mine. I got a new Reflexions Cowl hood out of the deal and all of the dents came out with paintless dent repair. I could not believe they removed them all, but they did and on a black truck. Pretty amazing what they can do with that process.

Thats probably 4-5k worth of damage to each truck. I am 100% positive it can all be taken out using PDR so why relegate these to work truck only duty?

All you gotta do is get PDR, they can do the whole truck in like 2 days and you will never know. The dealership will do that eventually and will never tell the buyers the trucks had it done and the buyers will never know.

You could just get those 'bullet hole' stickers and cover all the dents.

By the time you pay the PDM dude to fix the truck, how much are you really gonna save?.............

If I got the truck at a decent amount off of what it would have been. I would buy it and not even fix the dents. It adds a story to the book.
