Commercial services/detailers are allowed.

In some places if you have reclaimed water, your allowed to wash your vehicles at home but only on certain days and between certain hours. Unfortunately less than 5% of the residential housing in my area has access to reclaimed water.

Personally I believe they should be pumping the reclaimed water back underground to help recharge the aquifer. Nearly 90% of our reclaimed water is dumped into the Gulf of Mexico because so few people have access use to it. The majority of our drinking water is pumped from the aquifer.

I went and bought a 4' ladder to use up front. Without it there is no way I could have waxed this beast...lol

Is this a serious question....?

On the running boards, in the bed, or open the doors and stand inside.

I don't! My truck is tall enough no one can see the roof!
