Stupid dealer trying to bodge my 09
As much as I want a new truck in the future, I will seriously consider another used truck. I feel like it is so hard to have something so nice.
More pictures of the remote please. I really want a 5901 but am waiting, not sure what for, lol. Is the temp readout accurate?

Yep thats exactly how they gave it back to me. Problem was it was raining and i just jumped straight in and drove to subway. then got home and rain stopped and then checked it over. I just got back from there. They tryed to tell me it must have been like that from the start and i said even if it was i want it fixed. I just spent 2 hours with them messing around with it trying to get it back to how it was and it looks like part of the fender frame has to be re welded to a slightly higher point but for now we got it back close. I didnt even see them about the rest of the issue's as i was pissed of about the body work. After seeing how these guys work i really am thinking about doing these repairs my self. Using massive steel club hammers to knock the fender back in, cross threading the screws, prying stuff apart and basicly having zero respect for the truck.
i will get ya some more up later yetti my cam batt is on charge.

If it was me I would let the forum know what dealership you are dealing with and maybe let the dealer know you are letting all of us know what kind of work they are doing. Good luck and hope things start going your way.
WOW
That's some Bull!!!!
It looks scary close to how I got mine back !!!

I was steaming with those a-holes
But like others have said get a hold of the service manger and even a ford rep. That is 100% unacceptable for a brand new 50k truck to come back like that....any truck for that matter.
keep riding there *** till they make it right and then never step foot on there lot again!!!
I was lucky to have them make everything right and I hope they do the same to you!

The hood was fine but the lower part of the fender was not lining up with the door and after i returned they put that straight it put the whole top of the fender out. They could get it straight no matter what they did. I just spent the last hour doing it my self and sorted it. Now why couldnt they do that. The people who work there just ry for 20 mins to fix it get it as good as they can and then thats it. I had to look over there shoulders the whole time to make sure they didnt try to bodge it again.
I had the same problem with the seat and the headliner. My service manager said he would put a new cover on the seat and put in a new headliner. They have since done that and all is well. The service manager told me that "if Ford doesn't make it right then they can pay to make it right!"
It sounds to me that you have a **** poor service department to deal with. I would start with the Ford Regional manager and work my way down. These things are too expensive to have a service dept jerk you around!
I might add that they gave me a car to drive while they were working on the truck.
No reason why you shouldn't get the same treatment.

Whoa Barrita, that's some serious stuff. Time to take it to the next level if you ask me. Call Ford. Harass them if you have to. They'll make things right. I feel lucky as my FX4 with lux pkg has zero issues. Keep us posted and let us know if we can help by signing an owners petition or something on your behalf.
im prob gonna try another dealer but thanks for the info about what to o guys. The place is a complette and utter joke in my eyes and it amazes me that they can even run as a buisness. The crazy thing though was when i walked in there everyone looked like they was working in slow motion. A guy who was sanding some body work looked af if he was about to fall over and die, another guy was just standing looking at the front of a car for over 20 mins and not moving and the rest of them were all talking to each other. The guy who worked on mine walked around like he was limited to 0.001mph and these guys work like this with a shop full of cars that are in for repair. I asked the collision center manager why they all moved so slow and he said that they get different types of pay and if they do it a cerain way and take there time then they get a bonus!!! I just stared at him and didnt say anything. Right after that a couple of kids from the body shop took a mustang that was in for repair and though he would do a burnout with the customers car. Impressive dealership i must say. The crazy thing though is they aint small.
That's horrible service, no horrible dis-service you have received. Plenty of advice from other posters; I hope it gets resolved to your complete satisfaction. And when it does, don't go back to that dealership.
