^so should the 08 kit work fine if you don't have the tailgate step? The 09 handle should be exactly the same as the 04-08.

I don't know why not. My experience on my old truck with a different brand and this new one, both took a little work to get the pin to engage as far as I wanted.

I'm having trouble finding the correct wires for my power door locks on my 2011 f150 fx4 2 door SCab.

Ive been seaching online and also in my truck for hours.

On your passenger side, do you see these wires? Maybe you're looking for the wrong colors, I didn't look very far back in the thread to see if you had posted earlier.

Grey with Brown Stripe (lock)
Light Blue with Light Green (unlock on 1st push of button / driver door only)
Violet with Grey Stripe (unlock with 2nd push of button / all doors)

Found wires for door locks on my 2011 Scab. Wires were located on both driver and passenger kick panels.

Blue/green- unlock

Grey/brown-lock

There were two blue/green wires. I would suggest going through the passenger side firewall or rubber plug in the rocker panel. The grommet on the drivers side firewall was hard to run two cables plus sheilding through.
