Wheel Locks From Factory?

Hi, I'm new to this forum and will soon be a first time F-150 owner, having just ordered a new 2009 Lariat with all the bells and whistles.

I have a quick question for those of you who already have their trucks...does the truck come from the factory with some sort of wheel locks (I am getting the 20" wheels if it matters)?

If not, can anyone confirm if the McGuard part# 24205 would work on the '09 (they only list it as working for the '04-'08)? The specs indicate the lock has a thread size of M14 x 2.0.

Thanks...
Greg

I had this talk with some guys from a custom wheel shop out in the projects side of town. They all laughed at me. I was worried about my wheels and these guys said that if they was a designer wheel then yes they would prob go missing. But they said that any branded wheel like a Ford or GM and so on aint worth anything as no one wants to buy them. They said even crack heads cant be bothered with takeing stuff like that as it's to much effort for what they would get out of it.

we have had trucks blocked and wheels stolen right off the lot at night. factory wheels are expensive to replace so someone who chucks a curb may resort to stealing factory wheels. i think the guy you spoke to over simplified the issue.
