My 05 was a Norfolk truck, 2 years and 16K miles, ZERO problems. My 07 was a Dearborn truck, had the IWE solenoid go bad, destroying both hubs and the motorcraft battery went dead three times. My 13 is a Dearborn truck too, so far the rear defrost quit and had the entire rear window with power slider and defrost replaced under warranty. Build quality was pretty good on all three, the few problems I had was due too bad design by ford or bad suppliers (battery)

 

MY 04 was a KC build, and my 12 is a DTP build, both good trucks.
