Don't know that brand. I would go with Carriage Works, they sell a quality grille. I had their black grille on my old truck for almost 5 years and it held up great.
They have some 09 F150 pics on their website but no part numbers yet: http://www.cwgrilles.com/
There is another post on here where somebody posted a youtube video with a CW boltover grille install on a 09 Lariat.

Grill weight?
You might want to consider the weight of the grill you are bolting on. Because the grill lifts up the lifters may not hold the extra added weight of a metal grill? Anyone have any info on this?

CW usually sells two different versions, a bolt over style and a complete replacement style which may require cutting. Like I said, they had an install video on youtube that was a simple bolt over install on a new Lariat. I'm sure they will sell a bolt over for the FX4 grill too. I would contact them to see what they got so far since there are no 09 part numbers listed yet if you select F150 from their menu.
Steve, have you actually held one of these billet grilles before? They do not weigh that much. They are lightweight aluminum, not heavy solid steel. The factory hood struts are pretty strong and your hood will lift up just fine. That is the first time I have ever seen someone ask or have a concern about the added weight of a billet grille.

The carriage works grille i have is the complete replacement and it does have some weight to it. You can see it in my gallery. The bolt overs dont usually look as good as the replacements. I personally would put the extra time into replacing it. you can get another fx4 grille for pretty cheap later on if you want to change it. Usually the inner plastic peice comes out as one and you keep all the hardware for later on to put it back in....Anyway just and idea.

They actually have all the part numbers listed for the 09 on CW website. The FX4 model requires the grille to be cut. Do you research. I actually want to keep the black bar style but I want to add a little punch to it. Make it look different from every other f150 out there.

^ok, I see now. I was going by their "quick search" link and the 09's weren't on there, see here: http://www.cwgrilles.com/Merchant2/m...ory_Code=F-150
Strange they don't off a FX4 boltover, they did for 04-08 models.

Has a lot to do with expected sales and design cost. Figure most people will buy a Lariat so design a good bolt-over for that one. For the few that have an FX4 we will just supply a standard billet grille cut from a blank in the shape of the hole. Much cheaper to produce since you dont expect much sales from it.
