Silver FX4 pics??

Anyone post any pics yet of any silver FX4s yet. I found one a few 100 miles away and might make the drive this weekend.
I asked the dealer to send me a couple digital photos and he said......"i don't have a camera"....wow, find one jackass - ya want to sell a car?

That stinks. The dealer I stopped at went all out to get me to order from him and not one of the other dealers in the area. Soda, hot chocolate, etc. etc. Not that that kind of stuff would sway me, but it was a nice gesture. What swayed me was the price, as I told them from the beginning. Just like they told me, if you want a good deal, now is the time; when it's slow and no one is buying.

Who knows though, ya never know. All I know is I got a loaded Plat at an amazing price just like many others on here, so now is a good a time as any.

The Plat I ordered is silver, will take pics when it's delivered. Sorry, would have looked for FX4's while I was there if I had logged on before going to the dealership.

Wow, you are buying one of these lousy refresh trucks? I thought you were waiting for the new motors or even the next "all new" model? What about your savings for your house and 401k, all those long a$$ messages you wrote last year about how it doesn't make sense to buy a new truck?

So the price you got must have been too hard to pass up. So what price did you get?

That's the thing, long as you can figure out how to continue maxing out the 401 and not go into debt you're good. I'll be buying it outright (stock investments) and be able to continue maximizing my savings.

The house will have to wait. The market has crashed too hard for me to make the type of gain I'd want to put down on a home at this time. I currently live in my father's old house, pay all the bills/mortgage/taxes/etc. So basically it's mine without it being in my name. He said I can buy it whenever I want, or it'll be mine if something ever happens to him. Hopefully he'll be around a long time, for many reasons one of which would be the low mortgage payments right now. Hopefully with my contuining investments in this very down market, I can reap the rewards years from now and then place the house in my name. It's been a long term thing for years now and no one's in any rush to change a good thing.

I ordered my Plat, fully loaded except for the trailer sway control, for just 41k. And 10k for my 2004. So that brings it to 31k. 1k down payment already. So 30k is left, just trying to decide which of my stocks to short to cover that cost.

Oh, and yes I look forward to being the first on here who owns an '09 refresh and be proud to say I love it but also tell '04+ owners not to feel bad because it most certainly is a major refresh not all-new.

Oops. That price also includes remote start, bedliner and splash guards installed by dealer; as well as all options available on Plat except trailer sway thing I have no need for.

What was the total MSRP?

And I was just being sarcastic and busting your chops based on your old posts. Even when you first took a test drive you weren't even that impressed and didn't seem like you were going to buy: https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...pressions.html

I didn't mean to hijack your thread talking to Cometflash.

This guy has a silver and grey two-tone 09 FX4, just like my 04 color.
