I just bought a Black 2008 F-150 about 10 days ago and which says on the sticker was made in Kansas City. It has various parts stickers on the frame and other parts with dates of 7/3/08 so guessing my truck was built some time in July toward the end of 2008 production. I love the truck and it seems to be very well built.

Well, I meant that the last 2008 went down the line. We were the only plant building them at the time. Sorry, I thought that had been discussed here on different threads. DTP was idled in late June early July and if they are still building F-150's they will be back to work in Sept. or Oct.

LoL... I find this after hearing from my father-in-law, who heard it from the dealership that the '09's are on hiatus til "the thousands of '08 parts are used up"... LoL!

That comment and the "FoMoCo's gonna build a FWD F-150" will go down in history as priceless!

Oh, and I def. agree that the 04-08's are the best lookin of ANY brand. Big to the boys/girls at Dearborn for my SCrew! Rogue Pride!
