Aftermarket CD/DVD Player?

How hard will it be to install one of these in the units without the navigation screen/reverse camera?

....without the nav screen which i would assume is still a double din hole it looks like it would be brutal, next to impossible. All the radio controls and hvac controls appear to be integrated into one continuous bezel. You also have what looks to be a combined 'radio/hvac' status screen at the very top of the center stack as well.

If you look at the interior shot of the XL, it has a radio like the 04-08's. Now granted it's a drawing and not a real photo and it is a motor trend site, but you get the idea.

someone could come up with an adapter that is a complete dash bezel replacement. For example, the 03-07 Honda Accord has an intergrated factory radio display and separate buttons. METRA came up with a dash replacement so that you could install a single DIN radio, and it also has the climate control buttons installed. Now it costs like $150 though. here's a pic:
