Thumbs down

I was afraid that i was going to like the 09 more then my 07 but now i have nothing to worry about. That is a toyota looking ugly truck. I don't like the squared front end or the overwhelming dash. Just my opinon.

I love it... Or at least what i can see. Especially the long cab.

Those buttons as much as they will be a PITA to deal with will be it. The dash will stay due to the Sync system... Again hats off to Microsoft to **** with something that works....

I like what I see so far. There will be different trim levels and grilles, probably more than we have on the current F-150. Wait for more and better pictures.

From another forum...

Dearborn Derek wrote:

each trim level will have a different style to the grill just like now. Trust me...this photo does not do the truck justice. When you are face to face with it is more "agressive and in your face".

first, WOW cool! ive been waiting a while now.

2nd, WOW, some of you guys are idiots. Who knows if all the buttons will look like that for the radio, but yes, that little screen will probably be how the radio screen will be. Its like it in the new focus.

3rd, it looks nothing like an EXPY. i kinda wish it did.

4th, i dont understand how we can call that an f150... it has lincoln styling, there is a lincoln trailer parked in the last pic, the headlights resemble a lincoln headlght pattern inside, the taillights with chrome accents are a lincoln thing, there is a chrome piece going along the bottom panels, there are chrome LT handles on it...

Hmm... im still waiting for january to have the final word

Who says that announcement is a final decision?

That interior picture is very old. One of the first spy shots of the new f150. We have 2 new pics today. The side-angled shot, and the one of a big LINCOLN trailer on a super duty.

Exactly, that decision could possibly be changed. Or this "thing" we have a picture of is something that might not hit the road. Just sayin. Theres a lot on that truck that says, "Im a lincoln!".

Just sayin...

I asked on the other forum if this truck pictured is the new Platinum edition (replaces Mark LT) and Dearborn Derek said yes. Those rims are 20's and the door handles are exactly the same.

Alright, i hope the taillights on the regulars are different. That thing is lookin pretty cheesy to me. Wonder how the XLTs will look.

definitely looks better in regular cab form. I've never been a big fan of the looks of a Screw, but i bet it'll look even better in a Scab.

From that angle, the front end looks like the previous generation Toyota Tundra?

So far, I have to say, I'm not feeling it. I hope they are using the guys that designed the new Expedition and not the ones who designed the new Navigator

first off, the leather seat look a lot more comfy then the current ones, which will be great.

It really doesnt look that much different. I dont really like the mirrors, and cant really say much about the grille.

There was rumors of a possible curved tailgate, cant tell from those pictures, so that is still to be learned.

I think the final say will come when they decided to pop the hood.

Absolutely hate all of the buttons. If that is what they are going to do then I will be looking at a GM or Dodge then. All of those buttons look cheesy. Could you imagine if one button stop working. You would probably have to replace the whole dam thing! I also hope that Ford is going to keep having the console shifter. That is why I like them so much. I guess I will have to stay tuned. But if this is it, then I may as well just keep the '06.
