I suspect that this has something to do with the US/Canadian price difference in automobiles. If you can't build an 08 you can't properly compare the pricing to the US model. It was unusual to find that my dealer had more info than Ford.ca. I gave up on waiting for Ford to update it and went and ordered my new 08 King Ranch last Monday.

I emailed them three weeks ago about this issue, they told me to check back next week because the new site was in final testing stages. I checked back the next week. . .nothing, so I called them, once again I was told check back next week. . .still waiting. . .

Have some patience guys, with our dollar doing so well Ford needs to overhaul the pricing structure for the site. Everything needs to be redone, finance options, lease options and trade in values to name a few.

I do not have patience because my current lease is almost up and I need a new truck. How come I can build and price other 08 models? Just not the F150?

The '08 models are on the lots, go check 'em out. You just can't build and price one yet on the website.

I did last Monday, I hate going to the dealer without any information. I didn't know what options I could get, I didn't have an idea of pricing etc. Kind of takes away my upper hand when I show up at the dealer and they know all the answers. They didn't have exactly what I wanted, so I ordered it and it should be here late Jan, early Feb.

Well they finally added the 08 models TODAY I see, BUT they have not fixed the problem from last year.... You cannot build a Supercrew "FX4 Plus" with the 5.5ft box.... It auto moves you to supercrew. Frustrating... Bunch of idiots. I "advised" them of this problem half a dozen times over the last year and still no fix.

Take it up with Ford. This forum is for discussing the 2009 F-150 and beyond. Let's try to stay on topic.
