are there any issues getting the sp 546 spark plugs out? The guy I got to do it I dont think he put nickel anti seize . that was probably 15k ago. I want to check them, maybe replace, as I am getting a misfire with no code. Def going to replace the coils as they were not changed.

 

Yes, there may be issues, especially if antiseize wasn't used. Have a Lisle 65600 tool available. Use only Motorcraft, Denso, or Delphi coils.

 

How long do the sp 546 spark plugs last typically?

 

Changed out the coils/spark plugs. They came out ok, I sprayed carb cleaner and left it overnight. Tough getting to the back plugs but got it done.

 

At least 60k.
