Fuel pump strength question

Hi all,
On my 07 F150 5.4 (194k) I’ve noticed that when you the key to on position I don’t hear the fuel pump kick on as strong and loud as it used to. Sometimes I open the door and can bare hear it.
My question is would that be the FPDM or the fuel pump over the tank? The FPDM was replaced maybe 5 yrs ago and the tanks fuel pump never. Injectors are original too.
As far as maintenance. I’m on top of it since new.
Thanks everyone

You can pop the fuel filter off and put a gauge on it.

28-45 psi, both KOEO and KOER.

Are those correct pressures with a FPDM system? I know they are correct with the return system in my generation truck.

From what AllData has listed, yes. I also double-checked using some Google magic.
