I'm new and couldn't find anything about a 5.4 3v ticking once it warms up only, cold idle no tick. I checked torque pro app and at idle advance spark fluctuates from 12 to 25ish. I had a slight vibration at idle, if I give it gas the vibration goes away and timing is precise. Bad phaser? Cam sensor? It has new OEM vvt sensors. Any feedback would be appreciated!

I figured roller followers and lash adjusters would tick all the time not only when the truck has reached its normal temp. Will phasers tick? When cold too? Or all the time if bad?
