Loud squealing NOT belt or pulleys

Back in 2020 my truck started squealing on acceleration. Once I’m up to speed and maintains speed no squeal. If I floor it the squeal goes away too. Let off the acceleration a little bit it comes back.
the harder I accelerate the higher the pitch of the sound until it just fades away.
winter of 2020-2021 squeal completely goes away during the winter. Summer of 2021 it comes back, winter of 2021-2022 goes away.
guess what, we had some warm days this past week and ITS BACK 😡
I just don’t get when the temps drop below zero it fades away and I don’t hear it again until we see temps in the 50s-60s for a few days.

It’s coming from the passenger side. It’s not belt or pulleys, it does it with belt off. I’m losing my mind and just can’t figure it out. New COPs and plugs, in the beginning new belts and pulleys. Does it in 2WD and 4WD. No codes. I’ve attached a video.
the video isn’t loading so here’s the link to my video on YouTube.

Found issue

So I found the issue after tons of searching. The passenger side exhaust manifold, missing rear bolt and the stud is partially missing. Already seems like a headache, and one thing I personally don’t want to deal with.

Anyone know what this should cost for a shop? All estimates I’ve seen are $400-$700. Is that reasonable, or cheap? Not adjusted for inflation? I’m gonna have to make some calls next week, I can’t deal with this sound anymore.
