2005 STX F150 Step Side. The cover to my gas cap came off it's spring. I think the plastic mechanism hooks on a metal tension spring. Anybody know if that is correct and what to looks for, maybe a picture. It is tucked up under the wheel liner so hard to get to.

 

 

Thanks for the video. One bit of caution: Flareside and Fleetside are different so make sure you get the correct part number. For some reason the Flareside one is more expensive than the Fleetside, guess they are not as common. The Flareside part number is 4L3Z-8327936-BA.
