When you say blow it out backwards, I don't have an air compressor is just pouring it out backwards good enough? If not, fuel filters are cheap enough only $16 on amazon. Also got ripped off at the auto part store for the ignition coil, found them on amazon for half the price. I guess you pay for the convenience of getting the part when you need it.

Blow it out by mouth.
As I said, Motorcraft, Denso, or Delphi coils. I wouldn't use any other brand.

Nice thanks, hopefully wont need one for a while. I recently got a torque wench for tightening down lug nuts. I did the differential fluid change two weeks ago. Should i go ahead and tighten down the differential bolts to 33 ft lbs or leave it as is? There is a gasket as well as silicone on both sides of the gasket. Not sure if i should tighten it down after two weeks.

Just getting around to getting the transmission fluid changed. Called a my mechanic, he explained to me that he doesn't recommend a flush for this truck. They are going to drop the pan, take a look at the fluid, if it's bad they will vacuum out most of the fluid from underneath? and then replace it that way as to not get debris through the transmission. He said this would cost 350 with filter and gasket replacement, but if the fluid is decent he will just change the fluid that comes out and the filter/gasket for 250. I called another place as well, they also wanted to replace the permanent gasket for some reason, they were charging 240, but I think the service is worth the extra 10 with my normal mechanic.

That price is high. I'm not suggesting a flush, I'm suggesting a fluid exchange with a machine. There's a difference. The machine taps into the lines going from the transmission to the cooler, the machine is filled with new fluid, the engine is started, the internal transmission pump draws the fresh fluid in and pumps the old fluid out into another chamber in the machine Pan drop is not necessary. A flush uses chemicals and uses a pump in the machine to move the chemicals and fluid, I do not recommend that. The last exchange I had done was quite a few years ago, that was at a Jiffy Lube.

CEL on, its p0303 again. New coil on that cylinder a few weeks ago. The guy who replaced it says it may be water in the gas causing it to misfire, says use more iso heet additive.
The spark plugs were changed less than 2 years ago and i don't drive too much. plugs used were sp546. Could i need to replace the plugs again? Should i switch out cylinder 3 plug with another to see if the code moves cylinders? Thanks.

Turns out it was a loose spark plug... I was struggling for a while trying to get the socket onto the spark plug to replace it, not realizing it was loose. Gave it a torque down and I think its good, no CEL after a good drive.
The same guy who installed those spark plugs a couple years ago misdiagnosed the p0303 code I was getting a couple weeks ago as a bad coil. It was 60 for the coil and 50 for labor....
