After 16 years I got rid of the Green Turd. Was a very good truck, just did timing job last winter, had 151K miles and never gave me much of a problem except for the transmission failure at 64K. I decided (at 65) it was time to buy my last truck and go with a new Lariat super crew, 6.5 ft bed, 501A option with moonroof. Wanted the leather heated seats which are certainly needed here in Alaska. The old truck only been to the dealer 3 times in 16 years as I did most of maintenance myself. The new Green Turd was ordered May 14 and is set to be delivered Sept 9-15th. Will for sure enjoy the increased fuel mileage and a bit more luxury than the old 5.4 xlt. Sold for $9300

3.5 Ecoboost, kinda was curious about the powerboost but with -30 or so temps sometimes in winter I don't want to trust the batteries lasting
