2005 f150 lariat 5.4 had been giving p0011, p0022, p171 as well as misfires usually on #5. Would have terrible shaking at idle , rough running …would stumble and make popping noises under load . After checking for leaks and switching coils and running some engine cleaner …I decided to try and change the #5 plug ( hoping it would not break) I used the spark plug extension piece from advance along with another 3/8 extension and it came out . Used a motorcraft plug and it cleared up all codes and runs smooth. At some point I’ll change rest of plugs or take it in to get them changed. Truck has 155,000 miles.
