No crank no start after trying to program key fob
Hello, new here and coming fresh with a problem with the ol f150. As the title says attempted to program a old key fob that I thought I lost but recently found. Found the procedure on how to do so "8 times on and off with the driver side door open and the window down then press the lock button on the fob." The keyfob didn't work after the 3rd attempt so decided to give up for the night and manually locked the doors. Went out the next morning to a no crank no start. All my lights and everything came on and I got the typical chime but nothing. I chuffed it up to the truck thinking its in a false security mode due to the security light on the dash flashing really fast so i disconnected the battery for about an hour to reset the ECM and upon hooking it back up my flashers flash in a pattern reminiscent of a theft alarm without the horn going off. I got a new keyfob in the mail and was able to program it and make the flashing stop as long as the truck is locked. Left it for roughly over 24 hours unlocked it with the fob and it immediately started flashing the hazards again in the same pattern. Still no crank no start. I also don't know if it matters but I pulled a DTC off the OBD on the dash the code is E013, can't find anything online about the code either :/ would love some help and or some knowledge!
I would start by looking for bad grounds. If you have any rust, this is a likely issue.
