Cant Shift Outta Park 06 F150

2006 F150 5.4L V8
My truck is stuck in a parking lot in the middle of the pine barrens of NJ. I put my foot on the break started my truck and then cant Shift from park.
I turn the key to off potion and with foot on the break, and it stays on.... i take my foot off the break and it turns off.
I replaced the sensor on the brake pedal which then created a new problem, the turn lights stay on bright, the high beam light is on but dull.
Still cant shift from park, still runs while my foot is on brake pedal. My 4 way hazards dont work now either.
please help!

Bad ground, at a minimum. Pull the passenger side kick panel and inspect the grounding studs for body rot, corrosion, or loose connections.

Your owner's manual has the procedure to temporarily bypass the shift interlock.

Also failed to mention that my cruise control has be dead for a while before this as well, and my multiuse bar (cant think of exact name) with wipers and highbeams is not fully seated so i have to push it in and push forward to get high beams

Yeah, becoming far more common as this generation of trunks age (and rot/rust).

The usual tell is some combination of illogical operation or dependencies of electrical functions.
