So I just need to know if I can independently turn the camshafts without the chains on? My left bank is good (see pics) but my right is about 12 degrees out with crank key at 11 oclock. Can I just spin the right cam the 12 degrees to get my new timing marks to line up? I came here because I know you guys know your stuff. This is how close I am to having it timed.
