I decided to replace my original plugs at 122k after low power and random cut outs at stop lights. All plugs came out whole and replaced with motorcraft sp 546. I have a code p0351 that is not going away. I have also replaced the coil, coil end connector, rotated coils, plugs and resetting code with no change. I have checked continuity between pcm and connector with .06ohms on neg side, there isn't a short to ground. In the on position, I have 12v on pos side of connector. With a spark tester inline, I get a spark but seems week. Any one have an idea? I'm thinking pcm.
