2005 cigarette Lighter

I have a 2005 F-150 my cigarette lighter just stopped working. I replaced the fuse in socket #41. I checked to see if I had power at the socket at fuse panel and there was power. I checked to see if there was power at the plugin at the lighter and there was no power Does anyone have an ideal what the problem is?????????????

Is there power on BOTH sides of the fuse? Use the test probe points on top of the fuse. Plug a code reader into the OBD2 port, does it power up? It uses the same fuse.

The upper side of the fuse had no power OBD2 port had no power. The fuse is good......................Any ideals

Problem with the fuse seating in the fuse box and making both contacts?

There was more than 1 version of the owners manual, and more than 1 fuse box configuration. On my truck, fuse 41 was not the correct fuse. I had to replace fuse 110.
