Cant get out of first gear

I have an 04 f150 5.4 liter v8 with a rebuilt engine and transmission from a little bit over a year ago
i started having trouble with the truck stalling at stop lights and stop signs then it got worse to not being able to get out of first gear
ive cleaned the MAF with MAF Cleaner and replaced the TPS and still nothing. it has a Cold Air intake on it and even replaced the filter on that
ive even replaced the fuel filter just in case i doubt its the transmission cause its still new any ideas?

On the 5.4 3 valve, there is a MAF issue with aftermarket intakes, it will run too lean without a custom tune.

Codes!

I pulled the intake off to see if there was anything wrong with it and I found a hose with a hole in it I replaced the hose then put it back together but now it will start but can't stay on so I checked for codes and I got p2104,p2106,and p2111. meaning throttle actuator system forced idle, limited power, and stuck open. I'm guessing I need a whole new throttle body

Not necessarily. You may have disconnected something. Wiring is a common cause to all 3 of those codes.
