04-08 f150 4.6 Triton to 5.0 Coyote swap

I have a 2008 STX with a 4.6 Triton. I’m at 230,000 miles and aside from using a quart of oil between oil changes every 5,000 miles, it runs like a top. I’m looking ahead to whenever this engine requires replacement, and having already dealt with one spark plug being blown out of the #1 position (I think...front right side) and a bad coolant crossover tube that required a new intake, I’d really prefer a 5.0 Coyote if I choose to replace the engine when it goes instead of paying $40k to $60k for a new truck. So if I chose to go with a 5.0 Coyote, what all would have to be changed besides the engine and what cost should I expect above the cost of putting another 4.6 in it? Even with the issues I’ve had, I still think the 4.6 has been a good engine. I’d just prefer not to have those problems twice. I’ve searched it, & I haven’t been able to find much info on the subject. Is that because once 04-08’ owners reach that point that they’re just tired of dealing with them altogether? Thoughts?

I would assume it will be very similar to this:

NOT an easy swap.
