DIY Roush Vent Pod

1 spray can top
1 standard 2" black dial for a 2-1/16" opening gauge
pick
Dremel or sharp knive
hot glue or other glue

I traced the opening on top of the spray can lid with the mounting bracket frame and pick.

Then with sharp knife or Dremel cut the circle.

It friction fits perfectly inside vent. f you want dril some holes inside cap if you want more airflow. Air does flow around it.

Hot glue from behind to secure lid to vent.

Looks Nice.

Buddy of mine had a '60 Impala 2dr hard top, 348, 3x2s, added a B&W 4 speed, he wanted extra gauges, made pods from 2" chrome exhaust tips, fitted them to the horizontal peak of the all steel dash, looked factory. Was in the '60s, just sayin'.
