2008 f150 - P0305 cylinder 5 misfire detected

My transmission light is on.
I hooked up to scanner.
came up with the above error.
When I try to pass a vvhicle it has no power there. I can basically speed up gradually but there is no power.
I have researched a little and suspect I may need new plugs , fuel and air filter, possible COP (Not sure what that is), and also it was suggested to do a fuel induction service I believe? Or intake/better induction service which I believe may be the same thing.
can someone suggest what I should try to look at first?
should I do the fuel induction service to burn off the carbon?
my truck has about 220,000 miles FYI
any help would be greatly appreciated

Definitely put a couple bottles of Chevron Techron in the gas tank. Change the plugs if they have 60k miles on them. COP=coil on plug. Switch #5 with another cylinder to see if the miss goes with the COP. If the miss doesn't move, switch #5 fuel injector with another.
