4x4 light will not go out
Hello all,
I have a 2007 f150 crew lariat. Today I put it in 4x4 hi momentarily, it worked fine, then took it out of 4x4 but the 4hi light on the dash will not go out. It doesn't seem that it is in 4x4 because I can spin just the back tires if I gas it hard. I also tried switching to 4lo, but nothing changes. Also I noticed that while driving at higher speeds, I get a slight vibration almost like it's still in 4hi but again, I can spin just the rear tires if I push the gas. I've checked the vacuum lines going to the hubs and their good. Anyone seen this before?
