Fuel issue please help!

Same time last year I've replaced the fuel pump, filter, driver module and rail pressure sensor... I've priced a regulator and relay. Issue is my relays are behind the box and sodered in... I'm stubborn and won't let anyone touch my truck... since replacing all but the regulator and relay I've been having starting issues. If this keeps up I'll burn my starter up. Really gotta hold it over to catch.. usually have to mash the gas pedal... it's becoming frustrating because one issue gets fixed n something else happens. Oh also replaced all plugs n coils due to missing on 3 cylinders. This truck is suckling half a tank to drive an hour...
