PowerTrain help!!

hello, Long story short im fed up!!!!! People try and take advantage of me because I am a female and im sick of it. I love my F150 and I love working on it my self...

Friday my Powertrain light (wrench) came on, it was hard to accelerate and seemed as if I were slamming the brakes when id let off the gas pedal. I took the nearest exit, put my truck in neutral and cut it off. Coasted to the end of exit and started it back up, the light went off, the cruise control was working again and everything seemed fine (scary). Got P2106 from local auto zone, and as much as I hated it I was practically forced to buy a dang actuator sensor for throttle body. I insisted perhaps I needed to change the throttle body itself, after having it cleaned and no change... This morning (Tuesday) on my way to work I was cruising I10 and the same crap happened again... I mean I drove 6 hours yesterday with no issues why on my way to work? Same thing, put it in neutral and coasted to the shoulder. Waited a minute or 2 and it started right back up again.... I have replaced several parts on my truck in the last year and quite frankly if one more person tries to ******* me out of money and telling me what MAY be the problem, im gonna run over them with the dang light on and all!!!!! Please advise.... What could some possible solutions be? 2004 Ford F150 STX, 4.6lL 2WD Piece of crap that I love so much! Thanks!!

Reading that, I wonder why the "limp mode" they describe didn't kick in on mine? When I had to replace my throttle position sensor the symptom was the truck would accelerate (actually, just stay on extremely high idle) until I pulled over, turned off the truck, and then start it back up. It would work ok for a short while and then go right back to an extremely high idle.
