20" - 18" Specs Help

Hey all, looking to go from 20" to 18" rims on my 2006 Lariat. I understand I will be going to 275/65 r18 tires, but when looking for 18" rims, what do I need to consider? I know it must be a 6/135 bolt pattern, but is there anything else I need to take into account?
Thanks, Steve

The factory 18's were 7.5" wide, and the factory 20's were 8.5" wide. The backspace on the 20's were around 6.125" and the 18's was around 5.5" so if you want your new wheels to tuck in like factory, then look for something in a similar spec. A lot of aftermarket wheels for trucks are intended for off road use and there fore have a 4.5" backspace and the wheels stick out further than factory, if that's what you want then look for a 4.5" backspace.

Thanks.
Is it possible to put a 9" wide on without modifications/lift kit?
I have been told a 9" will work without any mods as long as the offset is 30mm or greater. True?
