F150 No Electrical

Just finished the "The Timing Job" on my 2004 F150 5.4 3v and I connected the battery to it. I noticed there when I opened the door that there no map lights or odometer lights on. Also, my theft light wasn't blinking like it would usually blink. When I put the key in, there was no dinging sound and nothing came on. battery and alternator are new. I put a multimeter on the battery and it read 12.6. Checked some of the relays and fuses and they looked fine. Not sure where to go at this point.

Sounds like the battery isn't connected to the rest of the electrical system.

Go re-check all the cable connections. Use your meter to check what should be solid connections to isolate the open as needed.

It wasn't...forgot about a second cable that leads towards the pcm that went on the positive(Rookie move). When i try to crank it there is a click at the fuse box at the pcm(relay 203) and relay r03. i made a video to show it. The Crankshaft sensor is disconnected and I switched othe relays to verify that it wasn't a bad relay. I also checked to verify that the solenoid wasn't bad.

Singled the clicking to relay 03 (accessory delay). Everything else seems fine. No problems with the battery, cables, starter, etc.
