Front End Noise???

Hey guys, Ive been researching a lot and decided to make an account here so im new to the forum but hoping someone could help. I have an 05 ext cab f150 and recently put a 2" leveling kit on. A few weeks after the kit was installed and an alignment was done I started to hear what seems to me to be a howling/growling/rubbing noise coming from the front end. It can be fairly loud at times when coasting to a stop or just starting out. It almost feels like there is resistance to the truck moving forward when this happens but that could also be in my head. Also, before I installed the leveling kit there was a clicking noise when turning one direction but now that has gone away since the leveling kit was installed. It got me thinking it had something to do with a cv shaft or joint but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
