Hey everyone. The cruise on my daughters 2004 F-150 started acting up and worked intermittently. It finally quit all together. Third brake light was out. Fixed that. No dice. The cruise cutout switch tested bad and I replaced that. Nothing. The brake position switch tested good. Found that the shift interlock switch was bad and replace it. Still no cruise. Checked all of the fuses. Her truck is the new style that came out that year so no switch on the master cylinder. I'm out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Also, a mechanic friend of hers had his machine on it down in Texas and told her that the switches on the steering wheel were good. I haven't proven that myself yet.
