Last year I did the phaser lockout kit and a cloyes timing kit. All was good but now I have a chain rattle. I plan on changing to the ratcheting tensioner and maybe a new oil pump. I seen the aluminum tensioner arms that MMR sells, but I also seen the older 2v motors had a metal arm. Does anyone know if the 2v arm will work on the 3v? Is there any upgrade for the guide?

 

Looks like I might have got the 4.6 arms mixed up...the 4.6 tensioner arm was metal. Will they work on 5.4?

 

Do you have any pictures of the 4.6? I've recently done a job on a 5.4 and May be able to give you my feedback.
