I have a 2004 f150 stx 4×4 an I replaced the axle on the passenger side now I have a real bad vibration on that side kinda like it's stuck in 4 wheel an not unlocking on that side should I have replaced the accuator also

 

If you have original IWEs in your truck, they're probably well past due for replacement. And when you replaced your axle, it was right there and accessible. A bad IWE - or a lack of vacuum to that IWE - can cause it to lock in and thus cause issues.

Are you sure the axle is installed correctly? (Everything tightened down properly.)
