I'd start by checking all your switches. The switch panel just pops up and off the door. Check your plugs and switches to see if there is anything obvious. Unplug the switches and plug them in again. See if it works. Is this an extended cab, crew cab, single cab?
401 is not a fuse, it's a circuit breaker.
A common problem with this is the wire bundle that goes from the cab into the driver's door. I believe all power to the window switches goes through the driver's door control.

I have an '07 Scab and once a couple years ago the passenger side front door glass switch located in the passenger door began to work intermittently at best, wife uses it a lot. Once it started acting up, it quickly got to where she could lower the glass easily but to raise it, I had to do it using the driver's side switch panel.
Shops here locally will not invest labor in cleaning switches, they just order replacements from auto parts stores ..... like the one I work at. $$$ wasted if one is able to simply clean it I think. I pulled one out of the box at work and it looked like a man could take it apart (I did not though) without destroying it if he was of a mind to.
I did a "search" here and soon found a thread with pics of someone removing and dismantling a switch to clean the small contacts of what appears to be blackened carbon tracks much like we used to have to clean off ignition points before resetting gap and timing back in the good old days.
I gently popped that passenger door switch out and gently unplugged it and gently opened it up and noted carefully, orientation of the small levers with contacts, springs, etc .... and I used a bit of electrical contact cleaner, a piece of scott towel on a toothpick, and for stubborn particles, the tip of a razor ..... to clean the contacts. Be gentle. Put back together ... worked at least as well as the day the truck left the factory.
Then I did the same on the driver's side switches .... there's 4 of them and the lockout switch so take note and do one at a time. On the driver's side, all looked great except for just the beginnings of carbon tracks on the one for passenger window and the one for the driver's window was black .... but it still worked ..... but it was time for cleaning.
No problems since.
I also wonder why the switches on my high mileage and older vehicles like the '01 Mercury Grand Marquis and my '92 and '95 Thunderbirds have NEVER acted up, NEVER needed cleaning?
