Ordered vct solenoids and seals off eBay for my 06 5.4l. It's new to me with 163,000 miles. Im guessing they are due to be replaced, previous owner I got it from only did plugs and few other minor things . No idea what was done the first 140ish +/- miles of its life.

Anything else I should be looking to replace?
