chasing down an airbag code 33

I've been getting an airbag code 33 for a week or so now. Got the seat off, and checked all connections, and am still getting a 33.

I'm been following the workflow here:

http://www.justanswer.com/ford/4rzt3...html#re.v/327/

but I don't have all the Ford diagnostic scanners to do it according to the pinpoint test.

I've measured what resistance/voltage/continuity I can with my multimeter.

From the wiring harness with the truck on:

black/yellow plug: .2 volts
white plug: 3.8 volts

On the pretensioner:

yellow/black port: passes continuity, no resistance
white plug: no continuity, 3-5 ohms of resistance

I'm not sure what to check next, I'm thinking it's the pretensioner unit since the 33 code will persist whether or not the black/yellow plug is connected.

With Something as important as your vehicles restraint system. I would recommend you taking it to ford and let them go on a 20+ point wild goose chase. Hope it all works out!

thanks, I'd rather figure out myself than throw money away at the dealership for diagnostics and then get charged full MSRP on the parts. I'll just pull the passenger seat and compare the driver's side readings to a known good system and go from there.

I think the code 33 is the passenger side airbag circuit.
