Imco muffler

Is it even worth putting a IMCO T904 turbo muffler on my f-150 lariat?

What do you mean "worth it"? I wouldn't be putting anything not stainless on the exhaust. From a performance standpoint? No muffler you install is going to improve performance where you will be able to feel it.
